Run for the Fallen 2009's inaugural run was a huge success! Over 600
participants came together in the scorching August heat to run for those
who have fought and fallen under the American flag. We were honored to
have Congressman Kevin Brady speak as well as Gold Star Mom, Crystal
Merillat. The Patriot Guard Riders of Texas, Honor Guard from Randolph
Air Force Base, numerous veterans and active duty military members came
out to honor our fallen. Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund was the
recipient of funds raised.
