Melinda, my husband is retired from the Navy and served between '58 and '78. He had three tours in Vietnam and was on two different carriers that had fires. I understand that you are talking to the vets and getting their stories. He has recentlly been told that he has lung cancer. If you wish to hear his story please call me on my cell at 281-259-4503. We live in Magnolia. Thanks for everything you are doing for our troups. God bless, Barbara Malone

My brother is about to go away for a year. He was in the Marines and now the Army National Guard. I pray for him and all others a safe trip there and back home. I love you Bubba!

I am an Army wife and mother of a Marine, Airman & Freshman in the Navy ROTC in college. I am looking forward to participate in this event. It is a heartfelt way to let the families of our fallen know we have not forgotten the sacrifice their family members have made for us, our country & freedom. God Bless!

We are honored to be able to take part in this event. We have 2 kids who served - one in Iraq, one in Afghanistan. We were EXTREMELY blessed they came home to us safely. We wish to show support to other families who weren't so fortunate. They are all in our prayers.
